Ownership and access

Confirm who owns the domain, hosting, repository, analytics and any paid services. Store the details somewhere the business controls.

A proportionate handover should explain the important build, deployment or maintenance steps that someone will need later.

Forms, links, mobile layout, key integrations and the deployment path should be checked at the level appropriate to the project.

Ongoing maintenance or future changes can be quoted separately so the original project is not confused with indefinite support.
