Privacy and security when working with VizyArt

Use it for ordinary project information, not passwords, private keys, payment-card data or sensitive personal information.

For technical work, VizyArt asks for the minimum access needed and prefers separate user accounts where available.

Business-critical accounts should remain owned by the client business, with contractor access removable after handover.

If a project involves confidential, regulated or unusually sensitive data, those requirements should be discussed before material is transferred.
